Shielding and protecting your energy is essential and necessary. The more refined your abilities become and the deeper you journey into shadow work, the stronger and more intentional your energetic boundaries must be.

Ideally, your auric field serves as your natural shield — a luminous layer of energy that protects you from external influences while maintaining the integrity of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Over time, however, and often across many lifetimes, experiences such as stress, trauma, emotional overwhelm, systemic oppression and a lack of energetic maintenance can weaken and fragment this field. When that happens, its ability to protect and stabilize your system diminishes, leaving you more susceptible to energetic interference or imbalance.

While the ultimate form of spiritual protection is a strong auric field, it takes work to heal the core wounds that allowed the infiltration in. Protecting your energy is important. Many create simple shields around themselves, but they’re often not strong enough. A basic “bubble of light” may block some external influences, but it won’t protect against everything.

THE PROCESS:

    The building of the shield takes roughly 2 weeks to complete. We will not meet on zoom, but Lauren will be in contact with you via messenger during the entire process.

    Lauren will work over the span of several weeks to construct a multi-layered shield.

  • 03

    You will be in direct communication with her to receive updates on progress, as well as have an opportunity to share, ask questions or get clarity on the changes taking place.

    Know that this involves a massive clearing because your bio-field and energetic structure are undergoing a complete resonance shift.

    Once complete, Lauren will notify you and share all of the details regarding what it looks like, what frequencies are present and how it works in a guided meditation to connect with it.

  • How long will the shield hold?

    While you may need to do some slight repairs every so often, this shield ideally stays with you as long as you need it, as you do the deeper work to repair your natural built-in shield, or the auric field.

  • Why does this take 2-3 weeks?

    This is a very layered and complex structure that takes some time to integrate into your own system. It is also learning your energy, as well as how inverted or inorganic energy enters into your field. A purge and shift takes place during this time because new light is entering and overriding the old energy.

  • When will I start feeling the shift?

    It depends! Most clients report noticing a shift more immediately. You will continue to feel those changes over time in the days, weeks and months to come.
