About Lauren

My story of healing through the shadow.

Lauren is a seer, shadow worker, healer, architect and soul guide.

Transcending the boundaries that once held her captive in prison of her own making, Lauren’s work is centered around exploring the shadow, the unconscious and the hidden dimensions of both the self and our collective reality.

She supports others in navigating the full spectrum of light and dark, helping to reveal the sacred alchemy that is possible when we consciously engage with both. Her intention is to assist you in recognizing the nature of illusion— what it is, how it operates and what lies beneath it. Sometimes that means confronting the deeper layers of our belief structure, karmic imprints, emotional wounding or unresolved pain. Other times, it involves identifying distortions, dark force materials or subtle forms of interference that keep us disconnected from our true nature.

Through this work, she helps illuminate what has long remained hidden and subtly controlling the outcome of your life, whether buried in the subconscious, projected from the system or masked by spiritual bypassing, so that true healing, clarity, and liberation can emerge.

My story

2013-2016

Lauren had her first several ‘spiritual awakenings’ during this time, realizing that she was more than her own pain. Her focus was yoga, wellness, meditation, neuro-sovereignty and trauma healing.
2016-2018

In 2015, symptoms began emerging rapidly, leaving Lauren bedridden with a mystery chronic illness. She knew this was a manifestation of negative self talk and perception, as well as a more sinister energy present in her system. Lauren began hearing the voice of spirit guide her back to health after doctors told her that her declining condition would be her ‘new normal.’
2018-2020

In 2017, she moved out to LA and worked in the health and wellness industry for companies like Four Sigmatic, Good Mylk and Moon Juice. Her abilities to see into the Spirit realm got stronger. Still healing, she began studying the Akashic Records and energy healing practices, taking classes to understand, develop and strengthen her unique soul gifts. Her intention was only to help herself heal and had never given thought to anything more.
2020

During the pandemic, Lauren left LA and was finishing her studies in clinical herbalism. After a series of events, it was clear that Lauren was not to complete the clinical hours and instead offer her healing services and ‘come out’ to her community, friends and family about her abilities and soul path. After two years of practice and 4 years of self study, she began offering Akashic Record readings and energy healings.
2021-2023

Lauren was evolving and growing in her self and her business. In 2021, she began descending deeper into shadow work and into her underworld initiations. She was navigating constant psychic attack and although working in the realm of dark forces since 2020, this is where her knowledge of the system and dark realms greatly expanded.
2023-2025

After two years of intense and deep shadow work, as well as surviving a strong witchcraft attack, she continued passing her initiation and releasing her contract with the dark order. Her offerings and abilities have continued to evolve and advance, and she continues to share them in 1:1, group or course work.
2025-present

Fully stepped into her soul mission as a seer, healer, energetic architect, leader and bridge between worlds, Lauren is continuing to share her knowledge of navigating through the deepest realms of distortion and illusion. She understands that it requires skill, precision, knowledge, wisdom and resilience; the shadow realms are not any easy place to navigate. She has cracked a code, completely transformed her life and is now sharing that information and guidance in 1:1 sessions, online courses, the podcast and group containers.

She had lived within a psychic battleground her entire life, conscisouly working her way out of the maze for four years.

She spent the majority of her life in pain and feeling this deep inner knowing that something inside of her was wrong.’ At 24, about five years into her first spiritual awakening, she began to see that not all energies operating on this planet are benevolent. She became aware of parasitic forces driven by domination and control, using manipulation and suppression to maintain power. She could feel those very energies within her field — working to keep her disconnected, depleted and dimmed. All things she felt her whole life.

She had her first communication with the spirit world at the age of 8, but after years of study, began offering her services in 2020. Not long after, she went through a descent into shadow work that sent her into the deepest and darkest realms of distortion and inversion. She learned everything she knows about how to work through this and truly break free of the spiritual warfare. Her work goes beyond surface level and into the deepest layers of the multidimensional self.

Seer: Lauren perceives beyond the veil and is consciously attuned to the subtle dimensions of reality, capable of accessing information from timelines, energetic fields and higher planes of awareness. A Seer is someone who witnesses what already exists — patterns, probabilities and truths that lie beneath the surface of material perception.

Shadow worker: Lauren specializes in dark force and systemic inversion, meaning she has the ability to remove sorcery and magic, entities and dark attachments and other forms of artificial technology that embed into our system and subtly siphon and control our life force, body, mind and soul.

Quantum Architect: Lauren has the ability to design, code and shape reality at an energetic level, where thought, intention and vibration translate into form. Creation itself begins in frequency and pattern, so to get to the root of cycles, challenges and wounds, this must be addressed. She is both an engineer and artist of consciousness, capable of restructuring energetic architecture, from personal DNA templates to planetary grids, to align with higher intelligence and divine order.

Override Soul: She possesses the ability to intervene when lower identities, distortions and karmic loops dominate the human experience. She can ‘override’ corrupted programming to restore alignment, connecting with and restoring the original soul blueprint beyond fragmentation.
