LAKE ATITLÁN WOMEN’S RETREAT APRIL 15-21, 2026
Join Lauren and Georgia for 7 days and 6 nights in the sacred vortex of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala: where the Earth’s yin current is amplified and the land is soft, deep, intuitive and womb-like.
The lake is a portal of the feminine waters: a place of rebirth, purification, remembrance and prophecy.
We know many of you have been moving through intense periods of growth, navigating challenges that can feel heavy, isolating or just… a lot. You’ve been doing the inner work, showing up for your life and carrying many responsibilities. You deserve a space where you you’re not working on yourself or giving yourself to others or to your job or projects, but simply a space to just be yourself.
Stepping out of our everyday environments matters. When we intentionally carve out time to pause, to rest and to enjoy life, something shifts. We remember what it feels like to be present. To laugh. To feel supported. To reconnect with nature and with the parts of ourselves we forget (or don’t yet know) when we’re in constant motion.
This gathering is an invitation to do exactly that.
We’re bringing together a community of women who want depth without heaviness, growth without pressure and connection that is genuine and safe. Women who value authenticity, emotional intelligence and honest conversations. Women who are in the work and on the spiritual path, but are grounded in their practices. Women who see beyond synthetic spirituality and are on the path of true soul evolution. We are calling in the women who are ready for a week of laughter, ease, joy, nourishment and an experience of a lifetime.

Meet Lauren on Earth, retreat host:
Lauren is a healer, shadow worker, sound alchemist and Akashic Records reader whose work helps you recognize the nature of illusion and illuminate what has long remained hidden or quietly shaping your life. Her work is liberation at the deepest level to live a life of true and soul-aligned joy, peace and unconditional love.
Meet Georgia Be, retreat guardian:
Georgia Be is a ceremonialist and songwriter, who travels the world sharing Earth-based wisdom, healing & music. She is deep in her path of studies with indigenous medicine carriers, and it is her great joy to hold space for women to connect with the medicine inside of them.

4.15: Arrival
Today you will arrive in Guatemala and meet Lauren and Georgia at 3 pm for a boat ride to our lake front property.

4.16: First full day
Today we will meet the lake and spend time in prayer with the land and waters, deepening our connection with ourselves, each other and the Earth as we continue to ground, soften and settle.
We will experience a traditional Mayan fire ceremony, a sacred ritual led by a shaman or medicine keeper for healing, prayer and transformation.

4:17: Second full day
Today we will move our bodies and then drop into a medicine ceremony where Georgia will be serving rapé and sananga, medicines from the Amazon that cleanse, clear and purify. They are not psychedelic.

4:18: Third full day
Today we will spend some time off property, move our bodies and move some energy as we prepare for a big release in a traditional Mayan sweat lodge.

4.19: Fourth full day
On our fourth day together, we will open the heart. There will be free time in the morning to paddle board, sip cacao, read a book or spend time with each other. In the late afternoon, we will gather for a cacao and songs of spirit ceremony, a transmission of the Brazilian Amazon and Yawanawa medicine.

4.20: Fifth full day
The intention for the day is integration!
We will share a morning yoga, stretch and meditation and then you’ll have some free time to:
♡ Explore town and shop
♡ Explore other towns along the lake
♡ Paddle board, sauna or chill on the property
♡ 1:1 sessions with Lauren
♡ Massage or thai massage sessions
We will all come back together for our final dinner and evening star gazing and storytelling.

4.21: Departure
We will have a small breakfast together and come together one last time to close the space and pay our respects. Full departure is 11 am latest. Lauren and Georgia will help arrange everyone’s schedules.
Why is the lake so special?
Lake Atitlán isn’t just a lake. It’s a living, breathing consciousness and a portal that has been guarded for thousands of years. Energetically, it is one of the most potent feminine vortexes on the planet because it is a natural womb-like cradle of volcanic mountains.
Because it is surrounded by three volcanoes (Tolimán, Atitlán, and San Pedro) the entire area functions like a triangular energetic amplifier. It generates intensified frequencies that amplify purification, intuition and soul remembrance. It is a place where the veil thins and where past lives, suppressed emotions and unseen guidance can rise to the surface with more ease and effortlessness.
The Mayan elders speak of the lake as a portal of the Great Mother, like a cosmic navel where creation energy is constantly renewing itself (Imagine spending a week in that energy!!!) The waters contain the codes of ancient and otherworldly wisdom, offering deep emotional clearing while the mountains around it anchor grounding, protection and ancient masculine guardianship.

This retreat is intended to be an offering to ourselves and each other: a conscious pause, a deep inhale, a heartfelt exhale and a return to the natural rhythm of life, so you can walk away from this experience grounded in presence, compassion and joy.

The field we’re entering together will recalibrate each of us at a cellular, emotional and spiritual level. The version of ourselves that arrives will not be the version that leaves. We’ll be staying at an intimate retreat space tucked inside a cove just outside San Marcos La Laguna. It is a lake side sanctuary with sweeping views of volcanoes San Pedro, Tolimán and Atitlán. This is a forest-wrapped space with beautiful energy that invites stillness, connection and transformation.
