Join Lauren and Georgia in the Sacred Valley of Peru for 7 days of connection, sisterhood, nourishment and an immersion in ancestral lands, living tradition and ancient wisdom.
This is for the woman who carries a deep reverence for the original ways of nature. For the woman seeking restoration of her spirit, remembrance of who she is beneath the noise and a reconnection to the natural rhythms within herself and the Earth.
This is for the woman called to grow their community and connect with other soul-led women in a safe, intentional space.
THE INTENTION:
We are Georgia and Lauren, two sisters deeply devoted to this work of restoring what is sacred in this realm that we call home: holding space for others, holding ceremony, and calling women together TO RETURN TO WHAT LIFE SHOULD BE ABOUT - connection, slowing down, presence, play, joy and devotion to the self. It is a great joy to invite 16 women to the sacred valley, one of the most beautiful and healing places on earth.

daughters of the earth Retreat is a 7-day journey designed for women who are called to reconnect with their inner wisdom, heal through ancient plant medicines, and deepen their connection with the earth, each other and the all. Through ceremonies, sacred circles, and guided practices, we will awaken the medicine woman within and walk the path of the ancestors.

We will be staying in Pisac, within driving distance from town but still fully immersed in nature. There are multiple bungalows, shared spaces, gardens, dining areas, as well as a temescal on the property.

Lauren on Earth
Lauren is a healer, Akashic Record reader, energy architect and sound healer who's work is centered around examining the shadow, the unconscious and the hidden dimensions of both the self and our reality. She supports others in exploring the full spectrum of light and dark, helping to reveal the sacred alchemy and inner freedom that is possible when we consciously engage with both.
Georgia Be
Georgia is a musician and ceremonialist, with a deep connection to the Andes. She is devoted to her path of study with different lineages of the Americas, and shares Earth-led wisdom and healing medicines with reverence and joy. She is a published music artist, with original compositions inspired by nature and her personal life journey, and works with women who desire to open their voice and rise in their leadership.

DAY ONE
The Landing
- Arrival, community dinner, opening ceremony
DAY TWO
Offering and opening
- Breakfast
- Morning practice
- Despacho Ceremony with Elders: centered on reciprocity, gratitude and relationship with Pachamama (the Living Earth), the Apus (sacred mountain spirits) and the natural world.
- Live medicine music and dance in evening
DAY THREE
Movement with Earth
- Day trip to Kinsa Kocha: a 6 km hike to three sacred high altitude lakes
DAY FOUR
The shedding and deepening
- Temescal led by Elders
- Plant bath
- Sound bath
- Rest and integration
DAY FIVE
Huachuma: Plant Medicine Ceremony
- A sacred 10-12 hour journey with an ancestral Andean plant medicine that opens the heart and expands consciousness.
DAY six
The waters
- Spending time on the river; water blessing
- Afternoon in town
- Medicine Music concert with Georgia Be and company
DAY SEVEN
The Departure

- OPTIONAL: Extended two day trip to Machu Picchu with Lauren (5 spaces available)
DAY SEVEN-EIGHT
Machu Picchu
- If you feel the call to extend your trip and visit Machu Picchu, which is about a 5 hour journey from our retreat center, Lauren may guide a pilgrimage and take a small group following the retreat. Based on demand. More information coming soon.
I felt such a pull to join even though I felt like I already knew a lot of this information. Some of it was new and what I needed to hear, some of it was a great reminder and some of it helped me see that past teachings and modalities weren't supporting me in the way I thought.
